Review: Order&Purchase from Lensvillage.com [PART1/2]

Well, Hello Everybody!!
WARNING: Picture Heavy~
Happy Holidays, Happy Christmas, Merry Christmas, and much more!!!
I am spending my Holidays with my family and friends. How about everyone else?
Today's awesome post is about my circle lenses from Lensvillage.com which has quite a few variety of lens choices from GEO to iFairy. I actually like that they have the Kimchi series because I have been hearing a lot of great things about circle lenses and I really wanted to try it out for myself.
So here is my review and I am actually going to break this into 2 parts so please stay tune for that!!

Let me Begin!!
So, right before Christmas, I received my circle lenses I had ordered from Lensvillage.com which did take a lot longer than I thought because they were coming from Singapore. I ordered these lenses about 1 1/2-2 weeks ago so it is actually the right amount of time it should or might have taken. You can pay more for a faster shipping but to be honest, my order was free shipping and I had time to spare/wait, so I just kind of took the free shipping anyways.

The package came within a Plastic Wrap which makes it look very complete and together. This really makes me feel like they took the time to arrange the order and ship the  package out. It also came with lens cases so that I can put the circle lenses in them.

COMES WITH: Lens Cases, Circle Lenses which is wrapped safely and secured, Business Card, and a Care Instruction to wear and care for Circle Lenses for first time users.

The lens cases were animal shapes and it also came with their business card which is very helpful on contacting, following, and for their site. The business card is very cute and colorful which is very eye catching to me because I love cute things. The animal cases were super cute and also came in their own plastic wrap so you know that they are new and ready to be cleaned and use.
I had gotten a yellow fish, pink pig, and a blue bear for lens case.

Now for the Circle Lenses.
I love how they really secured the circle lenses and wrapped them safe. They also secured it with tape so that the circle lenses don't fall out and that is brilliant and awesome. I am glad that my circle lenses came to me shipped safely.

I ordered 3 pairs of circle lenses. They had this awesome deal on GEO lenses and so I took the opportunity and advantage to pay about $6.50 cheaper for GEO circle lenses and and then I really wanted to try the Kimchi Series so I ordered a pair from that series. The GEO lenses have the 'Authenticity' sticker and I am very sure that the kimichi series from Lensvillage is REAL and safe for the eyes.
The circle lenses I ended up getting was the Princess MiMi Green Apple, GEO Olive/Honey Wing in Grey, and the Kimichi Viva Blue.

I am actually really excited to try the Kimchi Viva Blue lenses because I have been hearing a lot of GREAT things from this series. This series is a branch from the iFairy series.

In Conclusion....
I am happy to say that the shipping does take long depending on where you are located. If you want to check out how long it will take to reach you, please make sure that you check out their shipping/faq link for more information on that. For me personally, I don't mind waiting and waiting keeps me happy and excited to try these circle lenses!!

Overall, I have to say, it was worth the wait and I am happy to try these lenses to give you all a review. I am pretty sure there is a lot of reviews on these lenses but I just want to share my own personal experience on them with you but that is not until part 2 of my review.

I am officially off to bed since it is way way past my bedtime and I am pretty sure that my Boyfriend is not happy about since I am still up blogging about this. I am also very tired and tried very hard to edit the pictures to add font to them. I hope you all enjoy this post and stay tune for my video review and more but until then, I will be off resting as of right now.

First Home Decor Tag!

Hello friends,

Happy belated Halloween!  I hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween.   My husband and I spent the evening with my in-laws and had a terrific time.  We brought the firepit to the front of the house and gathered around it while we waited on the little (and not so little) ones to stop by for some delicious chocolate and candy.

Today I am doing my first tag!  I am excited to share a bit more about me and my home with you.  Normally, you have to be tagged by someone in order to participate (hence the name "tag"), but that didn't happen, so I decided to tag myself and here we are. Who says you have to follow the rules. :)

Let's begin with question numero 1.

1. Who do you live with?

A. I live with my wonderful husband of almost 7 years.

2. What is your favorite room in your house?

A.  My favorite room is the living room.  I like it the most because it's the first room you see when you walk in.  I've made every effort to make it as welcoming as possible, plus it gets the most natural light.  We have lots of wonderful memories with family and friends and it's the room I feel is most complete in our home.

3.  What is your favorite item in your house?

A.  This is a tough one.  I love so many items in my house (it's the way it should be, right?) but if I really had to narrow it down, then it would have to be our coffee table from World Market.

4.  Your biggest bargain purchase and where is it from?

A.  I don't own very expensive pieces as I love to decorate on a budget.  However, I do believe my husband and I scored big when we purchased our sofa from World Market.  I wanted to a white couch for our den but the ones I had my eye on where out of our price range.  So, in order to stay within budget yet still get the look I was after, we purchased this sofa for under $150.00.  It was the floor model, which meant it came assembled, and it was majorly discounted but there was nothing wrong with it. :)

5.  What is the coolest thing in your house?

A.  I really like this little side table from HomeGoods.  If you have seen any of my other home decor hauls, then you are fully aware of my slight obsession with this place.  I chose this table because it's different from anything else I own and so pretty.

6.  What is the most expensive item in your house?

A.  Like I said before, I don't own a lot of expensive pieces.  If I had to choose one piece it would have to be our sofa set in our main living room.  This is by far the most expensive purchase.

7.  What is your most stylish decor/DIY item?  One you are most proud of?

A.  I love reading/watching anything DIY.  They are my favorite blog posts to read, yet I don't have many myself.  Sometimes the thought of actually messing up a project really tricks my mind, does that happen to you?  Am I alone on this?  One project I did complete and is by far my absolute favorite is my DIY chalkboard.  It was one of my very first posts on this little blog of mine (here).  I use it so much and still love it to this day!

8.  Show one item from Ikea?

A.  Surprisingly enough, I don't own any items from Ikea.  Is this shocking?  I'm not sure.  The closest Ikea is about 3.5 hours from where I live so that may be the reasons why.  The question should be rephrased to "Show one item from HomeGoods or Target".  Now we're talking!

9.  What is your favorite homeware stores?

A.  My favorite stores to shop for my home are HomeGoods, Target, World Market, Pottery Barn, and Joss and Main (online only).

10.  What is your favorite home decor item?

A.  This is by far the most difficult question because I really love *almost* everything in my home.  What I don't love will soon find another home and be replaced with something that I do love.  I believe that your home should be a reflection of who you as a person and as a family.  I love surrounding myself with items that make my life a little happier and comfortable.  I love coming home and feeling content and at "home".  However, these are a few items that make me appreciate my home that much more.

That's it!  I hope you enjoyed this little tag.  I tag everyone one of you!  Please let me know if you do this tag as I would love to learn more about you.

Until next time,
Karina

IU - Modern Times&Kahi - Who are you? It's ME!

IU!!! KAHI!!! >///<

I have been addicted to TWO particular singers lately and have their song on repeat ever since they came out!! Sexy Kahi who is now a solo artist but is from the group After School and Young IU. They are both Korean and GREAT singers, dancers, and actress. Both songs came out the same week in October and not only that, One is more 2013 music, the other is more 1920's/1930's vintage and classy music.

So this post is about their Albums and how I am addicted and have been listening.
Feel free to read or just Skip this post but I Just wanted to talk about them in general because it's been a LONG while since I've heard from these two Artist.

IU is a Korean pop singer who is very talented, young, and always on the move!! She sings both Korean and Japanese but is Korea born. Not only does she sing, but she acts too and was the main actress in a few Korean dramas. Her most recent drama she acted in was called, "You are the best, Lee Soon Shin."

Picture from soompi.com

Recently, her 3rd album, "Modern Times," came out on October 8th, 2013 with the music video called, "The Red Shoes," which is based on the story about how a pair of red shoes that you wear and no matter what, you will dance. It is a strong meaning and the music is very classy and has this 1920's/1930's feel which makes you want to get up and dance!! Every time I hear this song, it really makes me dance >///< but not only that, all the song on this album are great songs and different. I feel like this song make IU feel and look more mature.

In this Album, She has a total of 13 Songs and her 13th Song is a bonus song that she has translated into Korean from one of her Japanese Album. Among the songs, they all very vintage, classy, and addicting. I have her whole album purchased!!

Album: Modern Times [3rd Album]
01. IU (With Park Ju Won) - Love of B
02. IU (feat. Brown Eyed Girls's Gain) - Everyone Has a Secret
03. IU - Between The Lips (50cm)
04. IU - 분홍신 (The Red Shoes)
05. IU - Modern Times
06. IU - 싫은 날 (Bad Day)
07. IU - Obliviate
08. IU (feat. Choi Baek Ho) - Walk with me, Girl
09. IU - Havana
10. IU (feat. SHINee Kim Jonghyun) - 우울시계 (A Gloomy Clock)
11. IU (Feat. 양희은) - 한낮의 꿈 (Daydream)
12. IU - 기다려 (Wait)
13. IU - Voice Mail (Korea Ver.) (Bonus Track)

Here is the Music Video to, "The Red Shoes."

Kahi started her Solo career back in 2011 with her debut song called, "Come back you Bad Person." The song consist of electric and pop song. I personally thought it was a great song, and it makes you wanna dance and just move even if you cannot dance. It has a great catchy tune, song was very sexy and had its easy dance moves that everyone could learn. I personally think it was sad that she was leaving her Group she debuted with called, "After School," because of this solo career she wanted to chase but I think that it was time for her to leave since the group was always growing with great new members too.

Her new mini album called, "Who are you? It's ME!" that came out on October 10th, 2013 with the music video, "It's ME!" who features Dumbfounded in this song makes me see her as 'KAHI' and not 'After School Kahi' anymore. This song has this nice dreamy groove tune and a little bit of dubstep sound which makes this song very cool and easy to snap to. I personally like this song because it relates to a lot of girls about how they are judge and how we, as a solo person, can be bad, cool, and sexy. When I read this song featured Dumbfounded, he sings Korean and I did not know he could sing Korean (O . O) !!!

In this Mini Album, she has 6 new songs that are all great and fantastic!! Yes, I have purchased all her songs from this album and I listen to every single on of them. You will have to listen to know what kind of music is put to each song but what I can say is that, they all relate to your life somehow and makes you want to listen to them over and over again.

Album: Who are you? It's ME! [2nd Mini Album]
01. Kahi (Feat. Swings) Boys and Girls
02. Kahi (Feat. Dumbfounded) It's ME!
03. Kahi (Feat. Dok2) Hey Boy
04. Kahi (Feat. 베카) Sinister
05. Kahi (Feat. Yoon Do Hyun) Colorful World
06. Kahi - Slow

Here is the Music Video to, "It's ME!"

I am actually writing this blog spot while eating airheads to be honest which is really really good but bad for my teeth. Anyways, I personally enjoy these two artist and all the songs on their albums that came out. I don't write much reviews because a lot of people do them but I personally wanted to do a review these songs because IU seems to be getting a lot of views on her music video, "The Red Shoes," which makes sense knowing that she is loved and very cute but Kahi isn't and she's sexy, hardcore, and not only that, her music has a nice groove sound that makes you wanna snap and be a bad-ass!! From my opinion, Kahi deserves some more attention because I believe she will come out on top one day and make a break just like IU did.

I had a rough day to start with but I am ending it with a simple notice:

I will have a haul, reviews, and a lot more coming soon when all my things are shipped in from recent purchases I have made online. More videos on my YouTube channel and post on my blog if you guys don't want to watch the videos.

Hope you guys have a great week!! I know I will since my Sunday started out pretty bad but ended on a good note
For some odd reason, I actually finished all my Airheads by the end of this post?!!
Another reason not to eat sweet things at night nor while your blog. Need to do twice the brushing tonight!!

Thanks for Reading if you read this!!
I know it was a lot but I really appreciate it!!
Take the time to go check out the Live Performances since they are up or not.

Let me know what you all think about the Music Videos!!
I would like to read what your reactions are to these two artist too!!
I don't mind bad comments, every has their own opinion to share to the world :3

Self Update&New Makeup

Hello Sunflowers and Bubbles!!
Here is my update for Camera Whoring for you this month-ish :3

I personally like taking pictures of myself like an idiot but sometimes just never really post them. Well, a few people messaged me and asked if I ever do 'selfie updates' and sometimes I do but I get real self conscious sometimes which is normal for people to be especially in public and on the internet. No shame in that at all!! So this post is all about my me and my new self photos. I wanted to update on my makeup look that I have been obsessed with since I have been playing with my eye shadow pallet.

Let us Begin!!

You can't really tell but  have obsessing with RED and COPPER eye shadow.
The reason being s that they look great together but not only that, it's perfect Autumn colors besides all your browns and blacks. I don't have a picture on step by step eye shadow but I will post one soon as my current style of makeup for sure.

Not only do I like that, warm knitted clothing have been a favorite of mines around this time of year as well as winter. I especially like how cozy and warm I look with knitted clothing. I am actually knitting a scarf for my boyfriend right now so he can stay warm since it snows where I live for sure ^^ !!

The next two I edited to see the picture more clearly. I really like thought ^^

So, That is all for this post!!
Not much to go on but what I have been recently into and been wearing like crazy!! I will definitely will do a video on my current eye shadow wear since I have been wearing it for the longest time. I will for sure post more on my blog for you all to read and I will have more to post up for you all too. I will try not to be as lazy and make more time for blogging!!

Thanks for Reading!!
See You in my next Post
